By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. We may amend these Terms from time to time as described in Section 12. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

The "365in" name and logo are used to identify this affiliate platform; trademarks, brand names and game titles belonging to the Operator or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
